Our policy is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a full refund by sending an email to [email protected]. If the period of 90 days have lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. However, we may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy beyond the 90-day point.
